AI Machine Learning Engineer

Develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI/ML applications that deliver actionable real-time insights for clinical and operational use. Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, clinicians, and analytics partners to translate requirements into scalable ML pipelines. Own the end-to-end model development lifecycle, including training, validation, deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and version control. Ensure regulatory compliance and data security in healthcare environments while building robust, auditable ML solutions. Lead code reviews, mentor teammates, and promote best practices in software development, testing, and documentation. Integrate with cloud and data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake) and leverage open-source LLMs to build domain-specific applications.
