The role
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing data science team focused on product and ML initiatives in crypto.
Partner with product, engineering, finance, and research to drive initiatives such as international expansion, pro-trader growth, and Wallet app adoption.
Deliver robust, data-driven recommendations and analyses to shape product strategy, with emphasis on stock tokens, perpetuals, and blockchain opportunities.
Foster a culture of excellence in analytics, experimentation, and impact while maintaining rigorous data governance.
Represent Crypto Data Science in cross-functional leadership forums and contribute to overall crypto org strategy.
Bring 7+ years of experience, strong Python/SQL, crypto domain knowledge, and executive-level communication to influence stakeholders and scale impact.
