The role
Provide legally sound advice and lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of commercial contracts including SaaS, vendor, professional services, NDAs, and data sharing agreements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance to manage contracting processes from inquiry to close.
Counsel internal clients on contract interpretation, risk allocation, dispute resolution, and regulatory considerations.
Assist with risk assessments, policy compliance, and participation in compliance program initiatives.
Support information governance tasks such as responses to third-party requests, electronic discovery, and litigation holds.
Ensure HIPAA privacy and security compliance and maintain alignment with corporate policies in a fast-paced environment.
