The role
Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior construction projects in the Boston area.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to determine scope and quantities.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure alignment on project scopes and deliverables.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead bid processes, producing comprehensive proposals.
Monitor project budgets and provide timely updates to stakeholders; maintain accurate cost records.
