The role
A Building Safety and Asset Compliance Officer supports the management of building safety standards and compliance within properties, managing inspections, documentation, and contractor coordination. Knowledge of Asprey, Microsoft Office, and compliance procedures is essential, with a commitment to customer service and continuous learning. The role requires a Level 2 VRQ Award in Asset and Building Compliance Awareness or willingness to obtain it, focusing on legal compliance and property safety.
