The role
Issuing claims via the Damages Claims Portal (DCP).
Accurately inputting required information into the DCP systems.
Ensuring compliance with court procedures and DCP requirements.
Collaborating with the Court Team to meet deadlines and service standards.
Maintaining high levels of organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Providing proactive support to clients and developing within a fast-paced environment.
