The role
The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of a healthcare hub, attracting and onboarding healthcare professionals, building relationships with healthcare organisations, increasing occupancy and revenue, developing new services and partnerships, supporting marketing efforts, establishing operational systems, ensuring CQC compliance, and working with the founder on growth strategies. Candidates should have experience in healthcare practice or business management, strong relationship-building skills, a good understanding of healthcare compliance, and entrepreneurial outlook. Experience in launching or growing private healthcare services is advantageous. The position offers scope to influence the development of a new multidisciplinary healthcare facility, contributing to its strategic direction and operational success. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to business development, excellent organisational skills, and a thorough knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations.
