Manufacturing Operative
Operate moulding machines safely and efficiently, maintaining cycle times and production output. Monitor quality of components to ensure they meet required standards and perform routine inspections. Pack components with correct materials, label accurately, and maintain production documentation. Use knives, grinders, and secondary operation equipment safely; perform start-up and shut-down procedures. Work with plastics materials (PC or TPE) and apply moulding knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Collaborate with the team, follow safety protocols, and keep a clean, organized workspace while supporting improvements.
