The role
Prime Life is seeking dedicated professionals for a full-time night care assistant role at a residential home in Swadlincote. The position involves supporting residents with personal care, welfare checks, nutrition, mobility, and companionship, within a team environment. Candidates should demonstrate patience, understanding, and respect for individuals' needs, regardless of previous experience, as full training is provided. The role requires working during night shifts between 8pm and 8am across a 7-day week, with duties including record keeping and resident engagement.
