The role
As an AI Engineer, you’ll build end-to-end AI agents and workflows to enable tailored, high-velocity insurance use cases.
Work across the stack with modern AI stacks (LLMs, VLMs, ASR/TTS, vector stores, orchestration) while balancing latency, cost, reliability, and safety.
Own complex customer workflows from design through deployment, delivering impactful improvements in underwriting, claims, and risk insights.
Collaborate closely with Product, GTM, Design, and Marketing, and directly interface with end users to iterate quickly.
Operate in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment with strong ownership and decision-making.
Impact-driven role focused on enabling faster processes and data-driven insights across use cases.
