The role
Assist electricians with the installation, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems and related materials in the electrical construction industry.
Support all tasks under direct supervision, manage materials, and keep work areas organized and clean while practicing safe work habits.
Assist in wire pulls, conduit bending, mounting, strapping, and basic equipment handling using both hand and power tools.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics, identify wire colors, and adhere to safety policies including HazCom and Lockout/Tagout.
Operate ladders, lifts, and company trucks as required, and perform physically demanding tasks at various heights and conditions.
Participate in the 4-year Federally Accredited IEC Apprenticeship program and meet licensing, education, and transportation requirements.
