The role
Own and drive AI-driven solution engagements from discovery to post-deployment, aligning customer needs with technical capabilities.
Collaborate with sales to capture requirements and design tailored AI workflows that integrate with customers' existing systems.
Serve as the technical expert during post-sales cycles, providing product demonstrations, in-depth technical responses, and hands-on guidance.
Lead integration assessments, identify data and API touchpoints, and deliver customized configurations and prototypes to validate value.
Assist with implementation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless cloud-based integration across platforms.
Act as a liaison between customers and product teams, translating feedback into features and drafting integration guides and best practices.
