Compliance Specialist, Law/Legal

Deliver compliance support for financial services operations, interpreting FCA Handbook rules to provide commercially aware guidance. Draft, review, and update conduct risk policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes. Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks with strong analytical reasoning. Support regulatory change projects and transformation initiatives to enable business agility. Provide clear, pragmatic compliance advice to business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. This hybrid role requires a minimum of two days in the office per week.
