The role
Implement curricula and activities to meet high academic standards across K-12.
Analyze assessments to measure progress and inform differentiated instruction.
Create a positive, structured learning environment aligned with core values, high expectations, and a code of conduct.
Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues; participate in ongoing professional development.
Contribute to grade-level teams and school-wide events throughout the year, modeling collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with a 2.75+ GPA, a relentless commitment to urban youth, and a willingness to receive feedback; prior urban teaching experience is valued.
