The role
Plan and schedule production across manufacturing operations to support mobile computing and medical product lines.
Lead process improvement initiatives, assess methods, and redesign workflows using SolidWorks and Visio.
Develop SOPs, work standards, and parameter sheets to standardize manufacturing processes.
Collect and analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions for quality, safety, and efficiency.
Perform time and motion studies to calculate takt time, cycle time, and machine time per operation while optimizing floor layout.
Implement lean manufacturing practices, tooling/fixture design, and sustainable improvements to maximize throughput and product quality.
