The role
A manufacturing engineer in Henlow is responsible for supporting production lines and new product introduction, translating design requirements into user instructions and developing manufacturing architecture. The role involves coordinating daily support for operations staff and participating in industrial validation activities such as FMEA and process proving. Candidates should have a suitable engineering qualification and be proactive problem solvers, capable of interpreting design drawings and working within team environments. The position requires understanding digital communication tools and supporting safe and efficient process implementation. The engineer will liaise with design teams during product development to ensure optimal manufacturing specifications and update manufacturing instructions accordingly.
