The role
We are seeking a Dispute Resolution Specialist to resolve disputes between consumers and businesses in a fair, professional, and timely manner. Provide excellent customer service by staying calm, respectful, and solution-focused in challenging situations. Write clear, professional correspondence for consumers and business owners. Manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, while handling sensitive information with discretion. Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment and identify opportunities to improve processes. Follow up on cases to ensure questions are answered and resolutions are completed.
