Financial Business Analyst

As a Financial Business Analyst, you will record, classify, reconcile, and report accounting data to support accurate financial insight. You will assess each department's operations to identify weaknesses and strengths, then drive improvements across people, processes, and systems. Responsibilities include documenting finance system data needs (procure-to-pay, fixed assets, revenue recognition, cash, and financial close) and training teams on system use. You will develop, update, and document desktop and system procedures, and lead or support new finance system implementations. You will help solve issues related to tasks, participate in audits, and continuously refine procedures and processes. Additional projects may be assigned to support finance operations and compliance objectives.
