The role
Lead and prepare complete or partial contract estimates for construction projects across disciplines.
Review drawings and specifications to define scope and perform precise takeoffs.
Develop pricing by analyzing material, labor, and equipment costs; assemble bid packages.
Coordinate with owners, A/E firms, and subcontractors to gather data and refine estimates.
Maintain backup files, track historical data, and manage change orders and extra work items.
Oversee Indiana estimating processes, standardize procedures, and support procurement and prequalification.
