The role
A graduate structural engineer supports the delivery of structural design services across multiple sectors within a well-regarded consultancy. The role involves assisting with the design and analysis of structures using various materials, preparing technical calculations and sketches, and supporting project delivery through coordination and site visits. Candidates are expected to have a relevant degree, strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and a proactive attitude. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential, with a focus on teamwork and learning. The position offers structured mentoring, exposure to different projects, and a clear pathway towards chartership, in a collaborative working environment.
