The role
AAB is hiring a Senior HR Consultant to join the People Consulting team in Aberdeen on a full or part-time basis (minimum 4 days per week). The role involves providing HR solutions and partnering with diverse clients across industries. The candidate should possess substantial HR experience and CIPD accreditation or willingness to pursue it. Responsibilities include shaping HR strategies, supporting employment law issues, and driving people initiatives. Travel to client sites is required as part of the role.
