The role
A role as an IAM software tester involves conducting manual and automated testing within complex integration environments. The candidate should have a solid understanding of identity and access management concepts including lifecycle, provisioning, entitlements, and access controls. Responsibilities include testing integrations across various systems such as HR feeds, directories, IAM tools, and business applications. Proficiency in SQL and analyzing data in databases, logs, batch files, and API payloads is essential. Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman and defect tracking tools such as Jira or ALM is required. Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and accurate defect documentation are also expected.
