The role
Lead backend development for a modern payments platform using Ruby on Rails.
Own the full software lifecycle—from requirements analysis to release and post-deployment verification.
Design and maintain RESTful APIs; implement scalable, testable code with MVC architecture.
Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and apply object-oriented design principles.
Translate customer needs into high-quality software delivering real value; collaborate with teammates to ensure timely delivery.
Drive process automation, tooling improvements, and continuous delivery in a modern, autonomy-driven engineering culture.
