The role
Develop and deliver production-grade AI features for enterprise clients. Implement robust ML pipelines and production integrations (APIs, services, data flows) following SRS and C4 documentation. Identify opportunities to integrate AI into products and workflows, and define non-functional requirements and quality targets. Build reliable AI solutions, coach colleagues on implementation patterns, and drive end-to-end tasks with strong time management. Research, test, and deploy new models and tools while evaluating trade-offs for production readiness. Communicate technical decisions and delivery plans with clients and stakeholders.
