The role
Design, develop, and scale robust backend systems that power integrity and safety features.
Lead the technical design and implementation of solutions to detect, prevent, and mitigate a wide spectrum of integrity risks, including traditional moderation and Generative AI threats.
Apply machine learning to content classification, anomaly detection, risk scoring, and behavior analysis, with safeguards for Generative AI.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, security teams, and operations to deliver impactful integrity systems.
Shape the technical strategy and roadmap for backend integrity and applied ML capabilities, aligning with organization objectives and safety ethics.
Mentor engineers, promote best practices, and optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and cost across platforms while staying current on safety research.
