The role
A part-time role based in Liverpool, involving performing in military ensembles, rehearsing to maintain high musicianship, and participating in military training to learn Army protocols. The position requires proficiency in at least one musical instrument, strong teamwork, discipline, and communication skills, as well as flexibility for performances during various ceremonies and events. Candidates should have a genuine interest in music and be committed to representing the British Army professionally. Regular training will include musical development and military practices, fostering leadership and organisational abilities. Basic physical fitness is necessary to meet Army Reserve standards, alongside a willingness to participate in team-building activities and community engagements.
