The role
Own end-to-end ML systems: model selection, data pipelines, training, evaluation, and scalable inference.
Design and adapt transformer architectures and frontier models (LLMs) for production-grade experiences.
Build robust data systems for high-quality synthetic and real-world data; craft alignment and safety guardrails.
Shape distributed training with DeepSpeed, ZeRO, Megatron, and memory/mixed-precision optimizations.
Architect scalable inference with vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, and DeepSpeed; monitor latency and reliability.
Define the technical vision and engineering standards for a global consumer AI product in a fast-paced, founder-like environment.
