The role
The role involves supporting large-scale digital transformation programmes within the defence sector by developing and maintaining organisational change plans, assessing change readiness, and engaging stakeholders effectively. The consultant will facilitate workshops, develop communication strategies, and work collaboratively with internal and external teams to ensure successful change adoption. Candidates are expected to have experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships, applying change methodologies, and working in dynamic environments. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with a collaborative and human-centric approach to change management. Experience within defence or similar sectors is desirable, and relevant qualifications such as Prosci Certification are advantageous.
