The role

The YMCA of Greater Boston is seeking a Group Exercise Instructor to deliver safe, enjoyable, and inclusive fitness classes at Menino YMCA. The role involves leading energising group sessions tailored to different skill and ability levels, fostering a sense of community among participants. Candidates must hold a current NCCA-accredited Group Exercise certification and have at least one year of relevant experience. The instructor will support members' health goals, maintain accurate attendance records using MotionVibe software, and adhere to YMCA policies including emergency response. Effective communication, inclusivity, and ongoing knowledge of wellness trends are essential.
