The role
Provide legal counsel on regulatory and administrative matters within a federal border protection environment.
Draft and review opinions, memoranda, and advisory documents to support operational decisions.
Interpret statutes, regulations, and agency policies to ensure compliant and ethical practice.
Advise on policy development and risk assessment related to enforcement and compliance programs.
Support recruitment and relocation incentive programs as applicable.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to deliver timely, accurate legal analysis to internal clients.
