The role
A senior agentic AI engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems using Python and agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph. They build scalable RAG solutions over various data sources and develop AI orchestration workflows involving models, APIs, and enterprise services. The role includes implementing AI monitoring, observability, and security, as well as collaborating with data science teams on optimisation and continuous improvement. Candidates should have extensive Python experience, a background in AI/ML solution design, and practical knowledge of enterprise AI deployment. Familiarity with cloud platforms, vector databases, and containerisation enhances suitability for this position.
