The role

They develop and maintain environmental documentation including management plans, standards registers, and impact reports. The role involves supporting design teams with integrating environmental considerations and influencing lifecycle material choices. Managing audits, reviewing engineering changes, and engaging with suppliers to uphold environmental requirements are key duties. The candidate is expected to have a relevant technical degree, defence sector experience, and UK security clearance eligibility. This position offers on-site work with flexible days, focusing on regulation compliance and sustainability in complex defence environments.
