Drive conversion improvements using GA4, heatmaps, A/B testing and CRM insights; oversee paid media budgets and agency partners. Balance paid and organic investment with SEO and organic growth strategies; collaborate with CRM and data teams to track journeys beyond the click. Hybrid six-month role with potential extension, requiring experience in regulated or safeguarding contexts and recruitment-focused campaigns.
