The role
Oversee AR/AP, payroll, and monthly financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and implement scalable financial processes and internal controls.
Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts; identify red flags and opportunities.
Troubleshoot QuickBooks Online; optimize workflows and ensure tax compliance.
Collaborate with owners and leadership to provide actionable financial insights and cost controls.
