The role
Lead a high-performing ML team to deliver scalable AI solutions for search, discovery, and personalization, leveraging NLP, LLMs, and diffusion models.
Drive cross-functional partnerships and define the technical roadmap from data pipelines to production.
Oversee the full ML lifecycle—from model development to deployment with strong MLOps and cloud integration.
Guide a culture of rigorous scientific methods, customer insight, and continuous innovation, delivering scalable, reliable systems.
Mentor and grow engineers and data scientists, aligning efforts with business goals.
