The role
Lead end-to-end data science projects, delivering timely models, experiments, and insights aligned with business goals.
Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and reporting systems to enable data-driven decision making.
Analyze large, multi-dimensional datasets to uncover trends and opportunities across payments, eCommerce, and financial services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data needs into actionable recommendations and ensure data quality.
Mentor junior data scientists, promote best practices in experimentation, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Operate in a hybrid work setting (Partial remote) in San Jose, CA, delivering impactful solutions that drive strategic outcomes.
