The role
Conduct comprehensive conflicts research for incoming matters using industry knowledge and databases (Orbis, Westlaw, LexisAdvance, Accurint, TLO).
Collaborate with partners and attorneys to prepare accurate reports on companies and individuals.
Maintain and validate database search engines; ensure data accuracy for new client intake.
Assist in training other staff and provide guidance on data collection and research methods.
Communicate professionally with firm administration, attorneys, and legal assistants; manage inquiries and status updates.
Support quality control by reviewing new business intake information and directing conflicts team members as needed; adapt to changing priorities.
