The role
An Azure DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, automating build, test, deployment, and infrastructure processes. They manage Azure resources with Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates and support applications running on Azure platforms. The role involves integrating tools for automated testing, code quality, and security, as well as setting up monitoring and incident response with Azure Monitor and Application Insights. Candidates should have experience with scripting languages, containerisation, version control, and deployment strategies. The position requires a proactive approach, excellent collaboration skills, and familiarity with the SaaS industry.
