The role
Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines, dashboards (Looker), and reporting assets to enable strategic insights and operational visibility for financial services operations.
Lead cross-functional analytical projects that uncover drivers of performance and promote data-informed operational changes serving small businesses nationally.
Provide daily analytics support to operational teams and empower self-service data access through scalable data assets and documentation.
Perform ad-hoc analyses of operational performance trends to inform executive decisions and communicate findings clearly to partners and leaders.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering to translate business requirements into robust data deliverables.
