The role
Represent clients in all stages of federal criminal proceedings as part of a Trial Unit.
Handle felony cases with significant responsibility, including investigations, motions, pleadings, and trial preparation.
Conduct evidentiary hearings and jury trials; develop sentencing advocacy and mitigation strategies; collaborate with experts.
Analyze large case files to identify legal claims; coordinate investigations; oversee discovery.
Travel as needed for investigations, litigation, and training; flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Requirements include a law degree, good standing, substantial criminal defense experience (preferably federal) and commitment to indigent defense.
