The role
You will join a fast-growing team building AI-assisted tools to autonomously generate tests, fix bugs, and improve performance for software engineers.
As a senior backend engineer, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM-powered agents, from prompts and evaluations to productionization.
Collaborate with users, designers, PMs, and data scientists to design, prototype, and ship practical agent features.
Bring strong coding skills in Go, Java, or Python, and experience shipping software that uses LLMs to production.
Contribute to developing developer tools, IDE extensions, and instrumentation to gather runtime data from production and pre-production environments.
Stay current with the latest research in prompting, agents, and code editing, and help translate insights into pragmatic, scalable solutions.
