The role
The role involves supporting the operation of a company's worldwide network infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and continuity. The successful candidate will handle network security requests, troubleshoot security-related issues, and collaborate with engineering teams on complex incidents. Essential skills include extensive experience with firewalls, IDS, IPS, VPNs, and cloud security platforms, as well as strong knowledge of TCP/IP and routing/switching technologies. Fluency in English and the ability to adapt and learn in a diverse environment are required. The position is full-time, with hybrid working arrangements, and requires a valid driving licence. The role is based in Cramlington, with no relocation or visa sponsorship necessary.
