The role
Represent clients in immigration court and before USCIS with removal defense, bond hearings, and post-conviction relief options.
Manage a diverse, high-volume caseload across Individual Calendar and Master Calendar hearings, as well as related proceedings.
Conduct thorough legal research, draft motions, briefs, and appeals, and review family petitions, visas, and other immigration benefits.
Advocate in court, hearings, and negotiations; collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to advance client interests.
Stay current on evolving immigration laws and policies and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel nationwide for court hearings and client meetings, including Seattle, WA.
