The role
Serve as the sole U.S.-based legal counsel supporting expansion across California, Texas, New York, and Chicago.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts to protect the company’s interests and manage risk.
Lead due diligence, guide integration for acquisitions, and coordinate cross-border transactions.
Advise on governance, employment matters, policies, and data protection to support internal operations.
Act as the primary U.S. legal contact, collaborating with senior leadership and external counsel.
Ensure compliance and contribute to post-merger governance and policy development in a fast-growing, international environment.
