Lead and mentor a high-performing technical recruiting team focused on engineering and machine learning roles for advanced AI products.
Set and execute comprehensive hiring strategies in collaboration with organizational leaders to align with growth and long-term technical goals.
Develop lasting relationships with hiring managers, technical leaders, and external partners to attract top-tier talent.
