The role
Design, build, and maintain AI Agent modules, including dialogue orchestration, tool invocation, and memory/state management.
Improve agent performance through prompt engineering, LangChain, and LangGraph, ensuring reliable and efficient execution.
Construct retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases and caching for scalable deployment.
Prototype and validate new Merchant AI Assistant features, moving from concept to proof-of-value quickly.
Make architectural decisions for large-scale Agent systems, focusing on reliability, scalability, and orchestration efficiency.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Researchers to validate features and deliver measurable business impact.
