The role
Take ownership of the end-to-end ML lifecycle for ads systems, from research and modeling to deployment and production optimization.
Design, build, and deploy industrial-grade models to improve ad ranking, bidding, and performance.
Perform systematic feature engineering on diverse data to drive model quality.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business challenges into ML solutions.
Build robust monitoring, alerts, and automated retraining to ensure reliability in production.
Continuously research state-of-the-art ML techniques and contribute to the team's strategy and roadmap.
