The role
Maintain a clean, organized yard to support fleet and equipment readiness.
Pressure wash heavy equipment and work trucks; inventory and organize tools, power equipment, and supplies.
Load, unload, and transport tools and materials; store items properly to prevent damage or loss.
Keep work areas free of debris; follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE; identify hazards and report to supervisors.
Perform shop and outdoor yard duties in varying weather; lift up to 100 lbs and climb ladders as needed; some weekend work may be required.
Operate basic tech tools (iPad/tablet) and Microsoft Office; teamwork-focused and safety-driven.
