The role
Support a sophisticated corporate practice focused on mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions for public and private companies across industries.
Represent private equity firms and portfolio companies in complex M&A transactions, performing due diligence and drafting and negotiating deal documents.
Advise on SEC reporting, capital markets activity, and corporate governance issues.
Work on cross-border matters and private offerings, with opportunities to lead as lead counsel on deals.
Develop strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication.
Requirements include 3-5 years of sophisticated corporate experience (4th-6th year associate), a JD from an accredited law school, and active U.S. bar admission in good standing.
