The role
The electrician will be responsible for attending to breakdowns, performing remedial works, and conducting planned preventative maintenance at various client locations. They will diagnose faults, install and test electrical systems, and ensure compliance with safety standards including BS 7671. Tasks include repairing lighting systems, carrying out certification and inspections, and managing workload efficiently using PDA devices. The role demands a strong knowledge of electrical regulations, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites. A focus on safety, quality, and customer service is essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications, experience in fault diagnosis and maintenance, and a full clean driving licence.
